Introducing Our New Basketball Agility and Vertical Jump Training
We are happy to announce that we are offering a new basketball specific agility and jump training program. This program is being designed in collaboration with our sports performance partners Power Train Sports. Some of the concepts that we will teach are:
- establishing a strong base of support
- being on balance
- playing low and staying low
- utilizing the push step and the hip turn
- the 5 basic footwork patterns of all players regardless of position
- proper closeout mechanics
- one and two leg jump/land technique
- core strength and knee stabilization
- and more
As you can see this is not just a generic speed, agility and quickness program. This program is designed to make you move more efficiently and effectively on the court.
This is an 8 week program starting the week of 4/4 so if you are interested you will need to register ASAP at the following link:
When you register you will have three options (1) Monday only (2) Thursday only (3) Monday and Thursday combo. The cost for the Monday OR Thursday options is $120. The cost for the Monday AND Thursday combo option is significantly discounted at $160. The sessions are from 3:30-4:30.
You will also be able to choose to pay on-line (Credit Card) or simply bring your payment (cash or check) to the first session by choosing the mail-in option. With the classes scheduled to begin next week, please register right away if you are interested. We do require a minimum of 5 participants per class. As always, please contact us with any questions.
